AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Unlocked Digital LLC, doing business as The Champions Choice & Co (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your access to and use of our website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site and/or purchasing any products, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

This Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, our designs, logos, graphics, and product artwork are owned or licensed by Unlocked Digital LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or exploit our intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

  2. You are not a minor in your jurisdiction.

  3. You will not use the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

  4. Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If we believe any representation is false, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access.

PRODUCTS & PRINTIFY PARTNERSHIP

We provide custom-designed products that are manufactured and fulfilled through Printify, a third-party print-on-demand partner. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

  • Product availability depends on Printify’s fulfillment and stock.

  • Colors and sizing may vary slightly from mockups or images.

  • Shipping times are estimated but not guaranteed due to Printify and carrier logistics.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

PURCHASES & PAYMENTS

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • PayPal

  • Stripe

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment details. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud, resale activity, or account misuse.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printify.

  • Delivery times vary by product, destination, and carrier.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final.
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • You receive the wrong item.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at unlockeddigitalnet@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Site to:

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions.

  • Collect data or content without authorization.

  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful scripts.

  • Misrepresent your identity.

  • Resell our products without permission.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

DISCLAIMERS

The Site and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

  • Delivery times.

  • Uninterrupted or error-free site operation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unlocked Digital LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Lost profits, data, or revenue.

  • Shipping delays or third-party service issues (including Printify).

Our total liability shall not exceed $50 USD under any circumstance.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unlocked Digital LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Site.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your infringement of intellectual property rights.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution

You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us before pursuing legal action.

Binding Arbitration

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Proceedings will take place in Alexandria, Virginia.

Class actions and jury trials are expressly waived.

MISCELLANEOUS

  • These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and us.

  • If any provision is held invalid, the remainder still applies.

  • We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

  • Failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
