SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

At The Champions Choice & Co, powered by Unlocked Digital LLC, we partner with Printify to fulfill and ship our products. This policy explains our shipping timelines, order tracking, and refund/return process.

1. SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • All products are made-to-order.

  • Processing typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time

  • Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 5–10 business days after processing.

  • International orders may take 10–30 business days, depending on customs and carrier delays.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery. Orders returned due to address errors may incur additional shipping charges.

2. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Since our products are custom-made and fulfilled through Printify, we can only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible Refunds/Returns

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The product is misprinted, damaged, or defective.

  • The wrong item was sent.

Ineligible Refunds/Returns

We cannot accept returns or refunds if:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or variant.

  • You change your mind after purchase.

  • The shipping carrier delays your package (delays are outside our control).

Refund Request Procedure

  • To request a refund or replacement, contact us at unlockeddigitalnet@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the product.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Printify’s Role

  • Because items are printed and shipped directly from Printify’s network of print providers, all returns go through Printify’s process.

  • We cannot accept items returned directly to our business address.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they are sent to production and cannot be canceled.

4. EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer exchanges due to the custom-made nature of our products. If your item qualifies for a refund or replacement, a new order will be placed for you.
